no-use empty campaign
Project Development and setting up delivery arrangements for an innovative partnership between Kent County Council and four District Council to secure PSA funding to bring empty private sector properties back into use. This is now known as the No Use Empty Initiative.

estate regeneration/cpo project management
Provided support to Poplar HARCA’s development team in land assembly for estate regeneration schemes through use of local authority CPO powers. Project managed delivery of four CPO processes, with a further scheme ongoing.
Providing support to the London Borough of Lambeth in land assembly for estate regeneration schemes through use of their CPO powers on three estates.
Planning, delivery and monitoring of tenant decant, leasehold and commercial buybacks to deliver land assembly for regeneration schemes.

Advice and guidance to Kent County Council on options for taking a strategic role in relation to housing matters on a county-wide basis.
regional strategy development
Researched and provided advice on into options to improve the condition of private sector homes to decent homes standards for the East of England Regional Assembly.
independent tenant and resident advice
Providing tenant and resident advisor services on a housing estate undergoing Housing Option Appraisal due to investigation into soil contamination.
training provider
Regular provider of training sessions for CIRIA and the HPA on communication issues relating to contaminated land on residential housing sites.
Provider of training course via Housing Quality Network in strategic planning and performance management of decant and land assembly programmes.
development services
Provided development services to Spitalfields HA. Completed the delivery of a 60 unit scheme, negotiated various s106 agreements and prepared options for delivery of a programme of 500 units over 5 years.
bid management
Acted as Bid Manager for a major company preparing a submission for £400M repairs, maintenance and investment Joint Venture company.
